Troubleshooting: Emails go to quarantine in O365 for 3rd-party simulation

third-party phishing simulations to users are going to quarantine when they come back from Perception-Point Scanner

(blue star) Solution

Add the IP or domain of the simulation service into the Advanced delivery.

  1. Go to https://security.microsoft.com/advanceddelivery (Admin permissions are needed)

  2. Choose the Phishing Simulation tab.

  3. Click Edit

Highlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.
