Adding a new domain for connected user

M365

  1. Click on the Add Services icon in XRAY

  1. Select Add a new Email Services

  1. Add a new inline domain

  1. Verify the domain.

  2. After the domain is verified; Go to the Exchange admin center

    1. Click Mail flow

    2. Click Rules (https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/transportrules)

  3. Click on the Perception Point Redirect Rule Name

  4. Click Edit Rules Conditions

  5. Under Apply this rule if; Click Edit condition (A recipient's domain is ‘doman_name’)

  6. Add the relevant domain.

  7. Save the rule

Gmail:

Same process as M365 (Add the domain in XRAY).

  1. After the domain is verified; Go to the Google Workspace Admin console

    1. Click Apps

    2. Click Google Workspace

    3. Click Gmail

    4. Click Compliance (https://admin.google.com/u/2/ac/apps/gmail/compliance)

    5. Under Content Compliance; click on the Perception Point Redirect Rule > Edit

  2. In the rules condition, scroll down and click Show options

  3. Under C. Envelope filter > Only affect specific envelope recipients > Pattern Match

  4. Add the new domain as follows: Old_domain|New_domain
